How to reach us
This site has no forms and no email chat, on purpose. A person on the phone can ask follow-up questions in seconds, and a form cannot. Tap the call button, or dial from any phone: (303) 552-3896.
Our address is 7400 W 38th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. This is the shop address for emergency dispatch, not a walk-in showroom, so please call before you drive over.
Calls are answered by a person, so you can describe the problem in your own words. Expect a few direct questions about the location and the water, then a plan for what happens next.
What to have ready for the call
The symptom
Say what you see or hear: a stain spreading on the ceiling, a gurgling drain, a cold shower or a hissing pipe.
Where the water is
Name the room, and say whether it is clean water, drain water or sewage.
Shutoff access
Tell us whether you found the main valve and whether it turned. That decides how urgent the call is.
Property type
House, condo, apartment building or business. A shared stack in a multifamily building is handled differently from a single-family line.
Your address
Give the street address and ZIP so the dispatcher can match you with a plumber who covers your area.
No photos, no uploads
We do not collect photos or files on this site. If a photo would help, the plumber can ask you to describe it by voice or look at the problem in person. Take a picture for your own records, especially for insurance, but you do not need to send it to us.
Your phone number and the content of your call are covered in our privacy policy, so you know what is kept and why.
Property managers and landlords
If you manage rental units, mention that on the call. Tell the dispatcher which unit is affected, whether tenants are home and who can authorize the work. A commercial plumbing job in an office or shop follows the same steps.
For repeat issues across a building, such as a stack that keeps backing up, ask the plumber about a sewer inspection so the cause is found instead of guessed at.
Hours
The line is open 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Same-day appointments are offered when the schedule allows, and active flooding is treated as an emergency. If someone is in danger, call 911 first.
Night calls get the same treatment as daytime ones. If the problem is a slow drain or a dripping faucet, say so, and the dispatcher will look for the next same-day appointment instead of treating it as an emergency.
