Using the site
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You may read the pages and call the number for personal or business use, and you may not copy the content, scrape it or use it to mislead other people.
What the service is
Wheat Ridge Express Plumbing is a call line that connects you to licensed plumbers in Wheat Ridge, CO and nearby towns. We take your call, understand the problem and pass it to a licensed contractor. We are not the contractor that performs the work unless a page says so.
No price quotes on the site
This site does not publish prices or quotes. A price depends on what the plumber finds, so it is given by the plumber before work starts. You may accept or decline it, and nothing on these pages is an offer at a fixed price.
Third-party contractors
The plumbers who take your call are independent licensed contractors. They are responsible for their own work, licences, insurance and permits. You can check a licence with the Colorado State Plumbing Board. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
By continuing a call after you are told it may be recorded, you agree to the recording. Our privacy page explains how we handle that information.
Emergencies
If anyone is in danger, call 911 first. If you smell gas, leave the building right away and call 911 from outside. Do not rely on this site or our line for threats to life, and do not use a phone or switch inside the building while a gas smell is present.
Accuracy of information
The information on this site is general and meant to help you understand common plumbing problems. It is not a diagnosis of your home. Local rules, utility districts and contact details change, so check with the city, district or State Plumbing Board before you rely on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from work done by an independent contractor. The site is provided as is, and we do not promise that it will always be available or error free.
Links to other sites
This site may point to other websites, such as government or utility pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the courts that have jurisdiction there.
